I painted this in the aftermath of my parents house burning. Soon after that, it seemed like things started falling apart in people all around me. Relationships fell apart, friends passed away. It felt like we had about 4 months of bad news.
Even then, I turned to my easel to once again remind myself that this season of loss will not last forever.
Each is numbered and signed and comes with a white bevel cut matte. Outside dimensions 12 x 12, artwork dimensions 8 x 8.
